Life is a party, you just have to hang (and assemble) the durable garlands yourself! The Floor is the perfect replacement for the disposable paper and
plastic flag line. This sustainable garland comes as a DIY kit. So you still need to thread the string through the flags yourself. Because the flagline is handmade in a sheltered workshop where people who have been on welfare for a long time are helped back into paid employment, it is more durable than other fabric flaglines.
